• please check in at the naturespa service desk at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment
• health considerations: please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your treatment
• as a courtesy to all guests, please turn off or silence cell phones and pagers before entering the spa
• a valid credit card is required for all reservations
• 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations or you will be charged the full amount
• appointments cannot be extended due to late arrival
• 20% gratuity will be added to every service; however you are welcome to leave additional gratuity for your therapist.
• we offer both male and female therapists
• please bring your method of payment with you and be sure to check out upon completion of your services.
